We continually search for the finest in plant extracts, oils, butters, vitamins and herbs and include them in our simple formulas.  We understand that what you put on your skin matters.  The average woman can absorb up to 4 pounds of chemicals through their skin every year so we encourage you to care about what you put on your body.

In the Beginning

If you live in Southern California, chances are you have seen her at a local charity event, estheticians and spa show or even a vegan festival, offering up a luxurious crème or hand exfoliation….and chances are you purchased the product.

Pure Necessities is a family owned business located in beautiful Westlake Village, California.  Toni and her husband Lynn both have extensive marketing, advertising and product development backgrounds working with some of the top companies in the country. Even as a young teen Toni would mix her own face masks, make conditioning hair treatments from the avocado tree in the neighborhood and experiment with the natural ingredients found in her mom’s kitchen.  After 911, a lifestyle change was needed and Toni decided to pursue her love of natural, botanical skin care products and develop a complete line that women can feel good about putting on their skin. The packaging is simple with emphasis on quality ingredients and Pure Necessities continues to attract buyers of such upscale places as the Wynn Resort in Las Vegas, Sundance Film Festival Village general store and The Spa at Biltmore Village to name a few.  Thank you for reading this story…I hope it inspires you to pursue your interests, whatever they may be.
