We want you to be pleased with every product you purchase from Pure Necessities.  If you should need to return a product we will accept items that may have caused an allergic reaction.  Returned items will only be accepted within 30 days of original shipment date.  We request that you enclose a copy of the receipt and please note the reason for the return as this helps us to evaluate testing results on the product being returned.  Pure Necessities cannot accept returned items if more than 30% of the product has been used.  Your credit card will be refunded as soon as we receive your returned shipment.  Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.  Shipping charges are not refunded in the case of a return, exchange or credit.

If an item was shipped to you in error, please contact our office immediately and we will rectify the situation immediately by shipping you the correct product and instruct you how to best get the unwanted product back to us.

Natural Botanical Product Disclaimer

Natural botanical based products do not contain many of the chemicals present in many of the over the counter, mass produced products you may be accustomed to using.  Natural products have a shelf life of 12-18 months (may vary depending on severe heat conditions).  The consistency of all natural products may slightly vary from season to season.  This is an indication that fewer chemicals are used to enhance the stability of the product.  We do not use MEA’S, DEA’S or TEA’S.  For the most part the product will remain stable in the home environment.  Should you see any separation just stir or shake the product and it will resume its original appearance and texture.  Remember, you are using botanical based products, not chemically based products and you may see slight changes in appearance from season to season.  Thicker in the winter and a little thinner in
the summer.

Back-Order Policy

We do everything we an to avoid backorders.  However, due to our high standards for the finest botanical ingredients, we do occasionally have to wait for a specific ingredient.  When you order we will automatically create a backorder for that item and ship it when it becomes available.  In the case of a backorder you will not be responsible for the shipping charges.  If you do not prefer to wait for a backorder, please call us at (805)230-0169 and alert our shipping department of your request. You may also note it in the comments section of your on-line order form.  Thank you.
