Pure Necessities - Shipping & Handling Information

We offer FREE ground shipping on all orders over $100.00**.  It’s our way of saying “Thank You” for purchasing Pure Necessities products.

All orders usually ship within 2-3 business days. We ship orders Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays via United Parcel Service (UPS). We ship via UPS Ground 3-day, 2-day and Overnight services within the 48 contiguous United States. We ship only UPS 2-day to Alaska and Hawaii.

Our shipping and handling rates are calculated as you add purchases to the shopping cart.  If you require special delivery options, such as a Saturday delivery, please call our office and we will try to accommodate the request. (805-230-0170) or note it in the comments

Shipping Schedule: When you place an order on the website it will be processed the next day and it usually ships out within 3 days of being processed. (Our business days are Monday through Friday). For example, if you place an order on a Friday and you request an overnight shipment your order will be shipped overnight after our 3 day timeframe. We will try to accommodate an overnight delivery sooner if the product is in stock. Remember our products are made fresh and never sit on the shelf for extended periods of time.

Shipping restrictions: We cannot ship to post office boxes. We cannot ship or deliver on the following days within the United States: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. We post all days that we are closed for holidays on the website. We only ship within the United States.
